By accessing and using EZ-Dealer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

EZ-Dealer provides a dealer management system for automotive dealerships, including but not limited to: inventory management, customer relationship management, deal structuring, payment tracking, and reporting tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Limitation of Liability

EZ-Dealer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
